‍Deposits placed on vehicles serve to hold that vehicle temporarily and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. A vehicle is not considered sold until a signed bill of sale and full payment have been received. If a customer fails to complete the transaction within the agreed timeframe, Rev Avenue reserves the right to release the vehicle for sale without notice.

‍SECTION 5 — TRADE-IN APPRAISALS
‍Trade-in values provided through our website or by email are preliminary estimates.
Final valuations depend on physical inspection, condition, mileage verification, ownership history, and current market value. Rev Avenue reserves the right to adjust trade-in offers accordingly.

‍SECTION 6 — FINANCING AND CREDIT APPLICATIONS
‍By submitting a financing application, you authorize Rev Avenue and its financing partners to obtain and use your personal and credit information for credit evaluation.
All financing approvals are subject to third-party lender approval.
Rev Avenue is not responsible for financing rejections, delays, or credit decisions made by outside institutions.

‍Vehicles may be sold as-is or with certification and warranty coverage as stated in the sales agreement.
